All correspondence, including payments, should be sent to the corporate office at the address above.
Orders must be placed using an approved Purchase Order. Terms and pricing must be deemed to be correct before the order can be processed. We are sorry, but Helix® cannot accept verbal orders.
Credit cards are only accepted for orders under $10,000 AND paid in full at the time of purchase (Cash In Advance or CIA).
Orders over $10,000 must be paid by company check (or cashier check, money order, ACH, or bank transfer). For your convenience, Helix® can accept high resolution scans of your checks.
